Automatix automates a lot of post installation tasks and configuration. It is a great little utility with heaps of options.
However use it with caution as there have been many reports of it breaking systems. I have never had this problem since I started using Automatix about a year ago, but thats not to say it never happens.
Download the latest version of Automatix2 from here.
Install with this command:
sudo dpkg -i automatix2_<version>_<system>.deb
Please change <version> and <system> to suite the version you downloaded
After install Automatix2 is available in Applications > System Tools > Automatix
