Unfortunately the tool that you are using has proved to be very inacurate. Check the results that I jist got for your blog: http://www.websitepulse.com/tests/0d7054b9c477c6b8.html . It shows your blog IS accessible from China. The test tool that I use has been around for a while and is the Test behind the Great Firewall of China
