CLiCK is proud to announce a new service which will ensure that computers that CLiCK distribute stay sustainable for its clients. CLiCK’s new Everlasting Computers provides a safety net for people who receive computers for free from CLiCK, by providing a life-time free service on all computer systems if they break down.

“There is a difficult gap for people in need when they receive a free computer and the possibility of having to repair a free computer for many of our clients” CLiCK Director Matt Vapor stated. “Giving away computers for free is a great initiative, how ever organisations which do this need to be responsible for the product which they give away, organisations such as CLiCK need to realise that they are dealing with used systems and unfortunately their failure rate can be extremely high”.

“It is negligible for anyone to give away a computer to those in need and expecting them to pay to fix it if it breaks down if their financial or social situation has not changed”. “For the sake of equity and opportunity we have started Everlasting Computers so that each and every computer we give away to people in need are guaranteed that we will fix them for free for clients if their situation hasn’t changed”.
